Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of hospital HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to assess and enhance employee performance.
  • Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Design and deliver employee development programs that drive organizational success.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and provide strategic solutions.
  • Facilitate HR policy communication and implementation throughout the hospital.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
