This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Ranchi with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role involves designing and implementing HR strategies, facilitating organizational development, managing payroll, and driving a positive workplace culture. The manager will collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with the organization's goals.

• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Employee Onboarding
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workplace Mediation
• Skills in Performance Management, Training, and Organizational Development
• Proficiency in Payroll Management, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is preferred
• Experience in the fintech or technology sector is an advantage
