Position: HR Manager

Location: Worli

Experience: 6–10 Years

Industry: Real Estate

Working Days: Alternate Saturdays

CTC Offered: 10-13 Lacs max

Core Mandate: As an HRBP in our growth phase, you will be responsible for transitioning our HR function from a basic administrative setup to a strategic, scalable department. You will build the frameworks for talent, culture, and compliance from the ground up, ensuring HR is a core driver of our real estate projects success.

  1. Organizational Design & Strategy (The Scratch Work)
  2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  3. Performance & Talent Management
  4. Operations & Statutory Compliance
  5. Culture & Engagement

Candidate Profile:

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.

The Build Mindset: Proven experience in se ng up HR processes in a startup or a new business unit.

Agility: Must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to switch between Strategic Planning and Ground-level Execution.

Communication: Strong negotiation skills, especially when dealing with various stakeholders (from Site Engineers to Promoters).
