Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Human Resources Manager. In this position, the HR Manager will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure compliance with HR policies, oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, and facilitate training and career development programs. Responsibilities also include addressing employee relations, handling payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a positive work environment to maintain high employee satisfaction and productivity. Collaboration with management to improve HR strategies and initiatives will be a key aspect of this role.

• Strong understanding and experience in HR Management, Compliance, and Employee Relations
• Excellent skills in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Proficiency in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement initiatives
• Knowledge of Payroll Processing, Compensation, and Benefits Administration
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and foster a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or HR certification is a plus
• 3+ years of proven experience in a similar HR management role
