Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement policies, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, and training programs. The manager will also collaborate with department heads to align organizational objectives with HR strategies, promote a positive work culture, and handle conflict resolution effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition processes
- Experience with HR Policy Development, Compliance Management, and Employment Law
- Skills in Performance Management, Compensation Planning, and Benefits Administration
- Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR software and data management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar HR management role; experience in logistics is a plus
