Job Description

Position: HR Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and help shape a thriving, performance-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, grievance handling, and employee engagement with a strong understanding of fast-paced digital or e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities;

1. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of policies and processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of payroll, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), and audit requirements.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-performing candidates.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and induction experience for new hires.

3. Performance Management & Appraisals

  • Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and tracking performance progress.

4. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by ensuring open communication.

5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Foster a collaborative, motivated, and value-driven workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations and talent management, preferably within E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Tech-based companies.
  • Hands-on experience using KEKA HRMS for payroll, performance, and attendance management (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll systems, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
