Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in Indore. The role includes leading recruitment, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour laws, overseeing onboarding, training, and performance management, and fostering a positive work culture. The HR Manager will also support employee engagement and identify opportunities for organisational improvement.

Location - Near Satya Sai Square, Indore, M.P.

Salary - Up to 30,000/- per month

Qualifications & Requirement

• Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Policy Development, and Compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Advanced skills in Onboarding, Training, and Performance Management
• Proven track record in Employee Engagement and Conflict Resolution
• Strong organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Graduation or Post-Graduation in Human Resources
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience
