We are looking for a proactive, people-centric HR Manager who can build a strong organizational culture, streamline HR processes, and support our growing team. The ideal candidate understands both strategy and empathy someone who can drive performance while keeping people at the heart of every decision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Create and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth new-employee experience.
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities and culture programs.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Manage performance review cycles, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill-development initiatives.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Update and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Support leadership with HR insights, reports, and data-driven decisions.
- Manage vendor relationships for HR services when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
- 57 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or creative environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
