Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage core human resources functions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT/IT Services organizations and expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management, and HR Compliance. This role requires a strategic HR professional who can partner with leadership to drive people initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
- Drive employee relations initiatives and act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies including succession planning, retention initiatives, and career development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, internal HR policies, and audit standards.
- Oversee and improve HR policies, processes, and systems for operational efficiency.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors for hiring.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably in IT / IT Services organizations.
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management, and HR Compliance.
- Proven experience in handling employee grievance management and workplace conflict resolution.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and Microsoft Office.
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
