Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and scale our human resources function as we grow to 350+ employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilities, capable of building robust HR systems, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance across all HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningDesign and execute recruitment strategies to meet rapid growth targets
- Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team
- Establish employer branding initiatives
- HR Operations & ComplianceImplement and manage HRMS (KEKA or equivalent)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Employee Engagement & CultureDesign and execute engagement programs to maintain high morale
- Monitor and improve eNPS and engagement scores
- Lead initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Performance & Learning ManagementEstablish performance management frameworks and KPIs
- Design and implement L&D programs for skill development
- Drive internal mobility and succession planning
- Strategic HR LeadershipPartner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
- Provide data-driven insights on workforce metrics
- Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of scaling HR operations in a growing organization (200+ employees)
- Strong knowledge of HR technology, HRMS platforms, and analytics
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred
