About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager with a strong background in the Travel & Tourism industry. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, especially for travel consultants, visa processing
• teams, and operations staff. Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
• Manage employee engagement, performance management & retention strategies
• Handle payroll coordination, compliance & statutory requirements
• Create HR strategies aligned with business growth
• Manage onboarding and training processes
• Handle conflict resolution and employee relations

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 6+ years of HR experience
• Strong recruitment and team management skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Experience in scaling teams across multiple locations preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
