JOB ROLE- Human resources manager
EXPERIENCE - 5 Years +
SALARY BRACKET- Upto 10 LPA
LOCATION- Kandivali west, Mumbai
Job Description-
1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and enhance organizational performance.
2. Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
3. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
4. Implement effective talent acquisition strategies and manage recruitment teams to ensure timely and successful hiring.
5.Payroll and Benefits Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and manage all aspects of employee compensation and benefits.
6. Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
7.Develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient HR operations, compliance with FACTORY and CORPORATE laws, and reporting requirements.
8.Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns and grievances effectively.
9. Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and retention.
10.Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
11. Implement leadership development programs to build and sustain a high-performance workforce.
12. Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
13. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to drive performance and productivity.
14 . Ensure compliance with all applicable FACTORY AND CORPORATE Laws, regulations, and company policies.
15. Manage HR-related risk and implement strategies to mitigate potential legal and financial liabilities.
* Education: A Master's degree in HR.
Skills:
Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle, Payroll management, HR Operations, and employee relations in Corporate & Plant Setup.
o Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive HR initiatives effectively.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Knowledge of Indian factory laws and regulations along with corporate .
o Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
