AboutDhampur Bio Organics Limited (DBOL)

Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd., a spin-off from Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd., specializes in the production of organic and agri based goods, offering a diverse range of bio-based products, including sugar, jaggery, biofuels, domestic spirits and various agricultural products. Originally established in 1933, Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. initiated a 300 TPD sugar mill in Dhampur.

Currently managing three plants in the traditional cane-growing region of western-central Uttar Pradesh, India, we boast a collective capacity to process 22,000 MT of cane daily, yielding 2200 MT of refined sugar and 800 MT of raw sugar per day. Our distillery has the capability to produce 312,000 liters of alcohol daily, and our renewable power generation capacity stands at 95.5 MWH.

Role Objective

To support the organization's leadership team in driving organizational effectiveness, strategic HR initiatives, and change management programs, while building strong analytical and operational HR capabilities. This role is designed for high-potential HR graduates from Tier-1 institutions who will work closely with senior leadership on critical people and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organizational Design & Effectiveness

  • Support the design and restructuring of organizational frameworks aligned with business strategy.
  • Assist in role clarity, span-of-control analysis, and competency mapping.
  • Participate in organizational diagnostics and structure optimization projects.

2. Strategic HR & Business Partnering

  • Work with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies that enhance business performance and workforce capability.
  • Prepare HR strategy presentations, reports, and leadership dashboards.

3. Management Dashboard & HR Analytics

  • Develop and maintain management dashboards covering key HR metrics (attrition, performance, engagement, manpower costs, productivity).
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Support data-driven HR governance and performance tracking mechanisms.

4. Change Management & Transformation

  • Support organizational change programs including restructuring, process transformation, culture change, and new system implementations.
  • Assist in communication planning, stakeholder management, and change adoption tracking.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives during periods of organizational transition.

5. Process Excellence & HR Governance

  • Support design and continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
  • Ensure alignment with statutory compliance and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Contribute to HR audits, policy frameworks, and best practice implementation.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier-1 institute (XLRI, TISS, IIMs, MDI, SCMHRD, etc.)
  • Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 12 years of relevant internship / project exposure.
  • Strong conceptual grounding in organizational behavior, HR strategy, change management, and HR analytics.
