Job Description:
- Strategically plan the HR policies
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees- Non-Tech roles
- Continuously educate the team on company policies
- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company work culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
- Foster cross-functional relationships
- Regularly interact with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have, and properly report to the Management daily
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
- Independently identify, approach, and select talent based on the requirement
Skills Required:
- Remote Management & Supervision of the team
- Diligent Hiring of new Talents for the team to reach new heights
- Relationship Management with Employees and Interns
- Streamlining different work cultures in accordance with the Company's
- Well aware of the best HR Practices
- Expert stress management skills and the ability to make crucial decisions under pressure
- Minimum 12 months of experience
