Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced BPO Manager to lead and scale our BPO staffing operations. The role involves managing recruiter teams, driving client delivery, meeting SLAs, and contributing to revenue growth through efficient hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end BPO staffing delivery for domestic and/or international clients
- Ensure timely fulfillment of mandates with defined TATs and SLAs
- Handle volume hiring, ramp-ups, and urgent client requirements
- Monitor daily/weekly delivery dashboards and pipeline health
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage recruiters and team leaders
- Set targets, track productivity, and drive high-performance culture
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and process improvement sessions
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary point of contact for key BPO clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into hiring strategies
- Ensure strong candidate experience and client satisfaction
Revenue & Growth
- Drive closures, billing targets, and team revenue
- Support business development with market insights and hiring feasibility
- Optimize cost, productivity, and quality metrics
Reporting & Compliance
- Track KPIs such as submissions, interviews, closures, offer-to-join ratio
- Maintain MIS, forecasts, and management reports
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and client guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in BPO staffing / recruitment operations
- Proven experience managing bulk hiring teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with strong MIS and reporting knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large BPO accounts or ramp-up hiring
- Exposure to ATS, CRM, and hiring analytics
- Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
