We are looking for an experienced HR Manager from the education sector who has strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and HR policies. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and overall HR administration for the institute.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
Handle recruitment for academic and non-academic staff (Trainers, Faculty, Counsellors, Admin, etc.)
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Handle performance appraisal process and employee engagement activities
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, shop act, etc.)
Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategy
Conduct HR audits and ensure policy adherence
Support training & development initiatives
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of HR Policies & Compliance
Experience in education / training institute HR operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple roles independently
Knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements
Proficient in MS Office & HR software
Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, MBA (HR) or relevant field
Preferred Candidate Profile
4+ years of HR experience (Education sector preferred)
Immediate or short notice period preferred
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Budget - 60k per Month
