Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Handle HR operations, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and grievance handling
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
Drive employee engagement and workforce development
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS tools
