Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a seasoned Human Resources Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations and engagement, facilitating professional development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a positive workplace culture and acting as a point of contact for HR-related concerns.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Experience in training and development programs, benefits administration, and organizational development
• Thorough understanding of labor laws, policies, and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are a plus
• Experience in the healthcare or clinical research industry is preferred
