Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Mohali district. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR strategies, and manage recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. The role includes responsibilities such as maintaining compliance with labor laws, resolving employee relations issues, implementing training programs, and improving workplace policies and processes for organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Retention
- Proficiency in HR Strategy, Employee Engagement, and Policy Development
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance Standards, and Conflict Resolution
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in handling HR management software and tools is a plus
