Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Mohali, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and execute HR policies and foster a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training and development and maintaining HR records. The role also involves partnering with leadership to develop strategies and initiatives that align with the university's objectives while supporting a thriving and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources Management and Employment Law.
  • Skills in Workforce Planning.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Behavior.
  • Expertise in Training, Professional Development, and Performance Management.
  • Ability to design and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an educational or academic setting is a plus.
