This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Guwahati. The role involves overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Other responsibilities include crafting HR strategies aligned with company objectives, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also handle payroll administration, benefits management, and conflict resolution.

• Excellent knowledge of Human Resources Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Expertise in payroll administration, benefits management, and maintaining compliance with employment laws
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to design and implement employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
• Proficiency in HR-related tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar HR role is highly advantageous
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage HR functions in a fast-paced environment
