Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across multiple roles, employee management, attendance and performance tracking, and maintaining a high-morale, high-performance work environment. This role requires a proactive, disciplined, and execution-focused professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments
- Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline to support rapid expansion
- Design and streamline hiring and onboarding processes
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
- Track employee output and coordinate performance reviews with team leads
- Develop and implement HR policies and internal systems
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities smoothly
- Address employee concerns and support a positive workplace culture
- Drive employee engagement and morale initiatives
- Support leadership with workforce planning and team structuring
Requirements
- Proven HR experience in a growing organization
- Strong hands-on experience in multi-role recruitment
- Ability to independently manage HR operations
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Energetic, proactive, and accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience in scaling teams quickly
- Experience with HRMS, attendance, and performance tracking tools
- Startup or agency experience is a plus
