ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring our first HR to handle hiring, joining, attendance, and basic people operations for two growing businesses a Real Estate company (Asya Projects) and a Retail Store (buttons & threads)
This is a hands-on execution role, not a corporate HR position.
*The focus is on getting people hired, ensuring they join, and keeping operations running smoothly.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR (EXACT FIT)
We are looking for someone who:
- Is comfortable calling candidates daily
- Has personally handled recruitment and follow-ups
- Can manage no-shows, dropouts, and replacements
- Is practical, street-smart, and result-oriented
- Can work independently in an early-stage setup
This role is NOT suitable for candidates looking for corporate HR, policy making, or desk-only roles.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 23 years of experience in:
- HR / Recruitment / Admin-HR
- Experience in small companies, startups, manufacturing, retail, real estate, hospitals, or hospitality preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHiring & Recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and local agencies
- Screen candidates via calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Ensure same-day or next-day joining
- Maintain a simple hiring tracker
Attendance & HR Operations
- Track daily attendance and leaves
- Enforce basic discipline and punctuality
- Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts
- Handle exits and immediate replacements
Onboarding & Retention
- Conduct basic Day-1 onboarding
- Explain work hours, salary, and rules clearly
- Track 7-day and 30-day retention
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Reduction in interview no-shows
- Faster hiring and joining
- Stable attendance
- Reduced dependency on founders for hiring
COMPENSATION (CTC)Fixed Salary
- 25,000 35,000 per month (based on experience)
Performance Incentives
- 1,000 2,000 per successful joining (after 7 working days)
- 2,000 3,000 per employee completing 30 days
- 5,000 monthly stability bonus (attendance & vacancy control)
