Role Description

CTC - 8-10 LPA

This is full time role for a Human Resources at Antara Jewellery - India. The HR will be responsible for Hiring, Implementing HR policies, resolving employee grievances.

3+ years of experience in Human Resource.

Lead recruitment for store teams including Senior Sales, Sales Executives, Cashiers and Support

staff. Must have handled retail / luxury brand

Manage onboarding, documentation, joining & exit formalities

Oversee attendance management

Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, deductions and final settlements

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, discipline, counselling and warnings

Conduct regular store visits

Qualifications

• Strong Hiring skills
• Experience in Retail HR policies and softwares
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
