About the Role
A leading global organization is looking for an experienced SAP IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for SAP and IT roles within its Global Business Services (GBS) function. This position is a hybrid role, combining Talent Acquisition (60%) with HR Business Partnering (40%) responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP hiring expertise, people management skills, and the ability to support operational HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for SAP and IT roles across GBS.
- Hire across core SAP modules including SAP TM, GTS, MDG, QM, BI/BW, AI, Ariba, SD, and related domains.
- Build strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing.
- Manage interview processes, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Coach and manage a team of junior recruiters to meet hiring targets.
HRBP & Operational HR (20%):
- Support employee engagement, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Partner with HR leadership on HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with strong exposure to SAP and IT recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring across multiple SAP modules.
- Experience managing recruitment teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work from the Pune office 3 days a week.
