Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, maintaining staff records, coordinating training and development programs, and fostering a positive work culture across all school campuses. The role involves collaboration with school leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives and support the professional growth of the teaching and non-teaching staff.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
  • Strong Background in Performance Management, Policy Development, and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of Payroll Processing, Benefits Administration, and Compliance with labor laws
  • Experience in Training Design, Development, and Delivery
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution Skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience in the education sector or working with academic institutions is a plus
