Role: HR Manager - Talent Acquisition and Management

No of vacancies: 4-5

CTC: 6-10 LPA + 2-5 LPA Incentives (uncapped) + ESOPs

(Our incentive structure is best in industry and uncapped)

Location: Okhla, New Delhi (Work from office)

Looking for recruiters who:

1. Have experience in hiring B2B/Corporate Sales or building a sales team

2. Are able to do 50-100 telephonic interviews a day

3. Are comfortable working from office (okhla) (2 WFH/month)

4. Have been stable in one or more past roles (min 4yrs+)

5. Agency background also welcome

6. Want to grow as an HR-BP and come with a never give up attitude
