Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes for a diverse workforce in catering, procurement, and support services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing attendance and payroll coordination, handling employee relations and grievance resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with operational leaders to forecast staffing needs, support training and development initiatives, and drive HR projects that improve retention, workplace culture, and productivity. This role also involves maintaining accurate HR documentation, supporting audits, and preparing periodic HR reports for management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning for diverse operational roles.
• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and statutory requirements relevant to Indian facilities and hospitality sectors.
• Competence in HR operations, including attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with teams at multiple sites.
• Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software tools and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in facilities management, catering, hospitality, or service industries is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and travel to nearby client locations as needed.
