This is an independent consulting role with Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking to engage with Senior Manager- HR to help with:

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage day-to-day plant HR operations, workforce administration, and recruitment.
• Ensure labour law, statutory, and company policy compliance.
• Drive employee engagement, training, attendance, and performance management initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and partner with plant leadership to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with IFM/Admin teams to ensure employee welfare facilities, including canteen and transportation.
• Support workforce planning, HR processes, and overall employee experience at the plant.
