Manager – HR ( Need immediate -30 days joiners only)

Client- Tech Centre of Global MNC
Education- MBA /MSW /Personnel Management Degrees Preferred
Experience- 10-15years
Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Hindi is required; proficiency in Kannada is an added advantage.
The ideal candidate will lead end‑to‑end HR operations and employee lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and alignment with the client's Global Group HR standards, while supporting business growth.
Key Focus Areas:
• End‑to‑end HR operations, including hire‑to‑exit processes and payroll oversight
• Statutory compliance and regulatory filings
• Recruitment, employee relationsa nd workforce planning
• HR policies, audits, expatriate support, and vendor management
• Strong partnership with senior leadership and Global Group HR teams
Ideal Profile:
The candidate should have 10+ years of HR operations experience in India, with strong expertise in Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. Hands‑on experience with payroll and HRMS is essential, along with high integrity and strong stakeholder management skills. The role requires proven experience in drafting and implementing employee welfare and HR policies, managing monthly payroll with system controls, and owning end‑to‑end statutory responsibilities including PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, and timely full & final settlements.
