Job Description

Purpose/Objective

He/She will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with people strategies across designated business unit . This role acts as a strategic advisor to line management, driving talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Business Alignment & Advisory

  • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Talent Management

  • Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with recruitment teams and hiring managers.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
  • Facilitate learning and development initiatives to build leadership and functional capabilities.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Implement employee engagement strategies and action plans based on feedback and surveys.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across teams.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to HR processes.
  • Collaborate with GCC HR for payroll, benefits, and HRIS-related matters.

Data & Analytics

  • Leverage HR metrics and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor trends in attrition, engagement, and performance to proactively address issues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualification: PGDM/MBA in Human Resources Management
  • Experience: over 10 years HR & Admin experience in Manufacturing setup
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
