Purpose/Objective
He/She will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with people strategies across designated business unit . This role acts as a strategic advisor to line management, driving talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities of Role
Business Alignment & Advisory
- Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Talent Management
- Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with recruitment teams and hiring managers.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
- Facilitate learning and development initiatives to build leadership and functional capabilities.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Implement employee engagement strategies and action plans based on feedback and surveys.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across teams.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to HR processes.
- Collaborate with GCC HR for payroll, benefits, and HRIS-related matters.
Data & Analytics
- Leverage HR metrics and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor trends in attrition, engagement, and performance to proactively address issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: PGDM/MBA in Human Resources Management
- Experience: over 10 years HR & Admin experience in Manufacturing setup
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
