Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, performance management, and organizational development strategies. Daily responsibilities include managing the hiring process, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to labor laws. This is a full-time, on-site role based in MUMBAI.
