The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organisation's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Qualifications

• Should be MBA ( HR )
• 8-10 years experience in HR Ops.
• Strong Exp. in HR Ops, Policies and Compliance.
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
• Strong organisational, critical thinking and communication skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement.

Salary-10.00 to 12.00 Lacs PA
