We are seeking an experienced senior HR to drive end-to-end HR strategy and execution, including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Payroll oversight, and HR Operations. This role partners closely with senior leadership to build capability, strengthen culture, and support growth in a fast-paced PR agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & HRBP
- Partner with leadership teams on talent strategy, workforce planning, and org design
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Drive high-performance culture through data-driven HR practices
Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and delivery
- Partner with business heads on workforce forecasting
- Build strong talent pipelines for PR and agency roles
Payroll, Compensation & HR Operations
- Oversee payroll, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance
- Lead compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, incentives, and bonuses
- Strengthen HR operations: onboarding, exits, HRMS, documentation, and audits
Culture & Engagement
- Champion a high-performance, collaborative agency culture
- Lead DEI and employee engagement initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
- Work experience- 11-15 years
- Strong HR leadership with hands-on execution
- Expertise in Talent Management, TA, HRBP, Payroll & HR Ops
- Prior experience in PR agency will be highly preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and influence
- Master's in HR / Psychology / Business Management
