We're hiring an HR Lead (People and Culture Manager) based in Bangalore.
We are looking for an HR Lead with hands-on experience across office, field, and training environments. Someone who understands what it takes to build and sustain culture across contexts, and who brings gender equity to the centre of that work.
What you will be doing.
Leading HR functions across hiring, onboarding, and people development. Designing and delivering training programmes, including POSH, with experience as a trained Internal Committee member or willingness to become one. Driving our Gender Task Force work in practice, embedding a gender lens into how we recruit, onboard, develop teams, and hold ourselves accountable. Working closely with programme and field teams. Handling sensitive people matters with care, consistency, and confidentiality.
What we are looking for.
HR or people operations experience spanning office, field, and training settings. Strong working knowledge of POSH compliance and IC processes. A real and applied understanding of gender equity. Fluency in English and Kannada, spoken and written, is essential. Hindi, reading and writing, is a strong plus. Based in Bangalore.
