We're a small OTT startup building Rigi TV. We're looking for a smart, eager HR intern to help us hire fast and hire well.
You'll work directly with the founding team, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and keeping the pipeline moving. If you're sharp, you'll see the full TA cycle within weeks.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates on LinkedIn, Naukri, and Internshala
- Screen applications and flag strong profiles
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Keep candidates warm and communication clean throughout
You're the right fit if
- You're pursuing or have completed a degree in HR or Business
- You write and communicate clearly
- You're organised and don't need to be followed up with
- You're in Bengaluru or willing to come here for the duration
