Role Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern for an on-site position in Ahmedabad. As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist with various HR functions, including maintaining employee records, supporting the implementation of HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and assisting in personnel management. You will gain exposure to day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a collaborative workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
• Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to HR software is a plus
