About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern who is passionate about Human Resources and has excellent communication skills. This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for smooth hiring processes
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Support in job postings on portals and social platforms
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Assist in onboarding and documentation
- Work on employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Handle basic HR operations and reporting tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR) / BBA / relevant field
- Strong communication skills (mandatory)
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and LinkedIn usage
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualities (Good to Have)
- Prior internship or exposure in HR/recruitment
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
