About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & HR Intern to support our daily operations and HR processes. The intern will play a key role in client coordination, communication, and internal HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner.
Act as a bridge between the company and clients to ensure smooth coordination.
Assist with daily operational tasks, follow-ups, and reporting.
Maintain operational data, documentation, and trackers.
Support teams with project coordination and task management.

Human Resources

Support recruitment activities: job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain HR records and documentation.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new team members.
Support internal communication and employee engagement activities.
Prepare basic HR reports and coordinate with various departments.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

Students currently pursuing graduation or recent graduates.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
