Job Profile: Human Resource Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Recruitment and HR Administration functions. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes and day-to-day HR operations, making it ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Experience : 3 to 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals, social media, and campus recruitment drives.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting open positions.
  • Support in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.

HR Administration:

  • Support onboarding formalities, including document collection, induction scheduling, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in maintaining HRMS/HRIS databases and updating employee information.
  • Help in drafting HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, etc.
  • Coordinate for attendance and leave records in coordination with payroll team.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
