Job Profile: Human Resource Intern
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Recruitment and HR Administration functions. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes and day-to-day HR operations, making it ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Experience : 3 to 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals, social media, and campus recruitment drives.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting open positions.
- Support in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
HR Administration:
- Support onboarding formalities, including document collection, induction scheduling, and maintaining employee records.
- Assist in maintaining HRMS/HRIS databases and updating employee information.
- Help in drafting HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, etc.
- Coordinate for attendance and leave records in coordination with payroll team.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
