The HR Intern will support the recruitment and selection processes, assisting with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the recruitment lifecycle and develop essential HR skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize different sourcing methods to identify potential candidates (e.g., online databases, social networks).
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.
  • Communicate with candidates about their application status and provide feedback.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
