Position Title: Human Resource Intern

Role Overview
The Human Resource Intern will support the HR department in executing day-to-day recruitment, coordination, documentation, employee engagement, and administrative activities. This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to build a strong foundation in human resources and understand practical HR processes in a professional organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing profiles, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview timing, follow-ups, and joining updates
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records
- Assist in onboarding activities, employee documentation, and joining formalities
- Help prepare HR-related documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, and internal communication drafts
- Support attendance, leave records, and routine HR operational tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely completion of HR processes
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR event coordination
- Ensure proper filing, record management, and confidentiality of employee information
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed MBA, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant graduate/postgraduate qualification
- Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational development
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities
- Professional attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maturity
