Job Description

Position Title: Human Resource Intern

Department: Human Resources

Role Overview

The Human Resource Intern will support the HR department in executing day-to-day recruitment, coordination, documentation, employee engagement, and administrative activities. This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to build a strong foundation in human resources and understand practical HR processes in a professional organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing profiles, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview timing, follow-ups, and joining updates
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records
  • Assist in onboarding activities, employee documentation, and joining formalities
  • Help prepare HR-related documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, and internal communication drafts
  • Support attendance, leave records, and routine HR operational tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely completion of HR processes
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR event coordination
  • Ensure proper filing, record management, and confidentiality of employee information
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed MBA, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant graduate/postgraduate qualification
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and organizational development
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities
  • Professional attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maturity
