Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with new hire paperwork, background checks, generating employee IDs, and conducting orientation.
  • Data Maintenance: Update employee databases and records in the HRIS with high accuracy.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Support data audits, compliance tracking, and assist with HR analytics.
  • Employee Support: Act as a first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain personnel files, assist with payroll coordination, and support HR managers with various operational tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Duration: 6 months

Shift timings: 12.30 PM to 10 PM IST
