Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with new hire paperwork, background checks, generating employee IDs, and conducting orientation.
- Data Maintenance: Update employee databases and records in the HRIS with high accuracy.
- Compliance & Reporting: Support data audits, compliance tracking, and assist with HR analytics.
- Employee Support: Act as a first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Administrative Support: Maintain personnel files, assist with payroll coordination, and support HR managers with various operational tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Duration: 6 months
Shift timings: 12.30 PM to 10 PM IST
