Human Resources Intern

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in various HR functions including managing HR policies, supporting HR management tasks, administering employee benefits, and aiding in personnel management. Additional responsibilities include assisting with HR documentation, supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and contributing to the development of HR initiatives and programs.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Knowledge of Personnel Management and employee engagement practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus
