Job Description

Role Expectations:

Assisting with recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing

HR data.

Preparing job descriptions

Screening resumes with matching skill sets and requirements

Sourcing job search websites for potential recruits and contacting those candidates personally

Interviewing potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques

Introducing new hires to the company and walking them through the hiring and training process

Serving as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees

Completing all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field.

Experience in a similar junior HR role is a plus.

Experience with MS Office.

Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
