Job Title: HR Intern [Paid]

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Interview

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to key HR functions including administration, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn HR practices and contribute effectively to a dynamic organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration

  • Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Support the preparation of HR documents, letters, and reports.
  • Ensure HR processes follow company standards and policies.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with job postings, sourcing, and screening candidate resumes.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Employee Engagement

  • Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Performance Support

  • Help track performance review schedules and maintain evaluation records.
  • Support coordination of training sessions, workshops, and feedback collection.

HR Projects

  • Contribute to ongoing HR improvement initiatives and process optimization.
  • Assist in implementing HR tools, templates, and updated processes.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Support the HR team in documentation and audit readiness.
  • Help monitor adherence to HR policies, statutory guidelines, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR operations and organizational development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
