Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Hyderabad. The intern will assist in managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. Responsibilities include supporting HR policy development, assisting in employee benefits administration, and contributing to personnel management. The role also involves coordinating with team members to help streamline HR processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management practices
• Experience or understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Familiarity with Personnel Management and workplace relationship management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using HRMS tools and software is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
