Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Hyderabad. The intern will assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including creating, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, aiding in HR management, and ensuring efficient personnel management. Responsibilities may also include assisting with employee benefits administration and contributing to workforce engagement strategies. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional HR environment at one of India's leading manufacturers in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts
• Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
