Role Description
This is a remote internship opportunity for a Human Resources Intern at TEN: Marketing. The intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team and assisting with day-to-day tasks related to HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Human Resources or related field (such as Business Administration or Organizational Psychology)
  • Knowledge of HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities
  • Familiarity with HR-related software and databases is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Available to work full-time hours as an intern
  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university program, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
